Brad has been an active licensed Maui Realtor in the state of Hawaii since 2002, both on the islands of Maui and Oahu with over 40 million in sales. He is a full time South Maui real estate agent with the Coldwell Banker Island Properties office located at the Wailea Town Center in Wailea, Maui.
He represents buyers and sellers in the island's South Maui, West Maui, Central Maui, East Maui, UpCountry and North Shore communities. He is a South Maui real estate specialist in the Wailea, Makena, Kihei, Maui Meadows and Maalaea communities, but has serviced clients in the remaining island towns of Kapalua, Kaanapali, Kahana, Napili, Honokowai, Lahaina, Wailuku, Kahului, Haiku, Paia, Spreckelsville, Kula, Pukalani, Makawao and Hana. He is currently pursuing attaining his Hawaii Brokers license to better assist his real estate clientele.
Brad first moved to Maui in 1995 from Southern California, instantly being at peace with the island's energy and falling in love with its natural beauty. His first home was in the rolling-green hills of Haiku on the North Shore Maui coast. This has to be one of his favorite places on Maui to live. He has also lived in the Maui communities of Spreckelsville, Kuau, Makawao, Kula, Pukalani, Kahului, Kihei, Maui Meadows and Wailea. For several years he lived on the island of Oahu in the East Oahu marina community of Hawaii Kai, just past the towns of Diamond Head and Kahala.
 He holds the real estate designations of Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtors Institute, Accredited Buyers Representative and e-PRO. He ia also an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Hawaii Association of Realtors, Realtors Association of Maui and the Hawaii Aloha Chapter of CRS.
He first joined the North Shore company Landmark Maui Properties with offices located in the towns of Makawao and Paia. He then went on to Carol Ball & Associates located in Kahului in 2003 where he became one of the top roducing agents in the office. Later that year he changed offices to help open Keller Williams Realty Maui located in the Kukui Mall in Kihei. Here he was to become the top producing agent in 2004 with 14 million in sales.
Today, Brad is with one of South Maui's most prestigious real estate offices, Coldwell Banker Island Properties in the Wailea Town Center. This office has less than forty agents but represents South Maui's professional elite with expertise and knowledge of the South Maui resort communities Wailea, Makena, Maui Meadows and Kihei.
The Coldwell Banker franchise has been present in Hawaii on the islands of Maui, Oahu and Big Island since 1989. On Maui there are six offices with over 130 full time Maui real estate agents in the towns of Wailea, Kihei, Lahaina, Paia and Makawao to service buyers and sellers of Maui real estate. The Wailea Town Center is one of two offices in Wailea and had a closed sales volume in 2007 of over 174 million. The combined sales production for all six Maui offices exceeded 832 million, giving Coldwell Banker Island Properties a 36% market share for 2007. No other office on the island represents this level of expertise and knowledge of Maui real estate.
